Community Health and Wellness with Coach Neicy, LLC (CH&W, LLC) is a new community-based health and wellness organization that provides a family-like support system for community members. 

​

Mission: To educate, encourage, empower, and elevate our community members to reach and maintain healthy lifestyle goals through healthy food choices, consistent activity, and intentional mindfulness. 

​

Vision: To become a Prince George’s County-recognized health and wellness community-based organization that seeks to improve the overall health and well-being of its community members one step at a time. 

​

Program: Community Health & Wellness, LLC’s approach to weight loss management is a three-pillar approach: Food, Activity, and Mindset (aka FAM). Guidelines for food intake (nutrition), activity (movement/exercise), and mindset (behavior changes) will be the primary focus. However, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. 

​

We offer different programs for members, including prescriptive and non-prescriptive, which will rely heavily on the individual member’s goal.  All programs are based on the current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Department of Agriculture Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the National Academy of Sports Medicine Nutrition Certification Course, and other relevant resources.
